We do not accept the public's surrendered animals because we save as many dogs as possible on Arizona's euthanasia lists. Our goal is to rescue dogs from the underserved and high-kill shelters in Southern Arizona. As a result, HOPE developed the Precious Time Dogs (PTD) program to help place these dogs in the care of qualified rescues and increase the number of lives saved.
