The kittens were adopted, but Zelda remained at the shelter all of these years...until July 2017. | CharlieAdopted in May 2017. This 22lb. senior came to HOPE 2 1/2 years ago with his brother Linus. Have a wonderful life Fuego! | CinnamonAdopted in June 2016. This very loving, gentle girl won the hearts of her new family when she was at PetSmart, and they decided to make her a permanent member of the family. They isn't much Cinnamon loves more than hanging out with people who love her, and we are so glad she now has a family of her own. Congratulations Cinnamon! | Harley and ZoeHarley and Zoey were in a litter of four puppies brought to Hope at four months old by Dr. Daroowalla. She found the pups in Mexico where they had had no socialization, had not learned to play, and were the most frightened of people that I had seen in my eight years of volunteering at Hope. They have learned to PLAY! They chase each other, romp with toys, and come when called. They now take treats from good hearted strangers and lick us. |

He was able to adopt him now! | MagpieAdopted in March 2016. At an impressive age of 19, Magpie was one of the oldest members of our senior room. She was with us for a long time, and though well-loved it was hard for her to find a forever home. We were thrilled to hear from her family recently, and so grateful to hear she is still doing well. Her adopter passed away, but the family kept River and love her very much. We know that all of you who knew River will be as happy for her as we are. |
